技术上，大盘目前的压力区间在3595点至3615点一带，支撑区间在3550点至3560点一带，短期大盘想要直接突破压力区间，必须有效放量，否则，多会出现震荡洗盘。
操作上，压力区间不开新仓，如果手中短期涨幅过大的个股，只要出现30分钟级别顶背现象，可以高抛。
